CATEGORIZATION OF TEAM NAMES IN THE BOLYAI NATIVE LANGUAGE AND MATHEMATICS COMPETITION (2015 AND 2023) The study aims to examine the team names of 12th grade students participating in the Bolyai team competition. It compares 811 team names from the fields of native language and mathematics from 2015 and 2023, revealing changes in naming trends over time and presenting the typological characteristics of names in the two fields. The research is based on a nationwide database. Based on this, the results of the corpus analysis highlight the diversity of young people’s creative language use and self-expression strategies.
