(The motivation system of the mathematics learning) The students of the Department of Mathematics study methodology. Our main purpose is to make our students teach mathematics the help of the given methods and make their lessons more interesting. For realising they have to know the motivation system of the mathematics learning. This paper is about our experiences. The structure of this paper is as follows: General thought about motivation, mathematics learning in practice conslusions about our experiment.
