Absztrakt (kivonat)

Our study area – the Castle Hill and its surrounding in Verpelét – is situated int he southern part of the Tarna valley between the Mátra Mts. and the Bü cone which can be found in basin-hil . kk Mts. in North Hungary. The castle Hill is a volcanic parasitic ly environment The aim of our research work was to investigate the relation among different landscape factors in this territory. We have examined the geological building up and Quaternary sediments int he first part of our study. (Dobos A.–Schmidt J. 2005). In this article we explore the relationship among morphological, climatic, hydrographical, soil and botanical conditions.
