INACCESSIBLE MATERIALS This paper deals with inaccessible materials relating to the teaching of Hungarian as a foreign language. There are a number of textbooks, workbooks, web pages and other materials to assist the teaching of Hungarian as a second language. The author searched for a number of accessible materials on the internet. In this research a questionnaire was used which was filled in by students that learn Hungarian through an online system. They do not attend a language school or participate in an online community, they prefer one-to-one teaching. They have little or no help while looking for a useful material. They are from different countries ranging from the USA to Australia. In conclusion students use only about 15 percent of useful web pages and books that the author found on the internet.
